Our current response time is approximately two weeks following the closure of submissions. If it has been longer, please query us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please only send works within the open submission period. Works that are sent outside this timeframe will not be considered until the next open submission period.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards works that are racist, sexist, homophobic, ableist, antisemitic, Islamophobic, et cetera. To borrow a phrase from Cotton Xenomorph's manifesto: "no creeps."
Since our team is composed of four students, we are currently unable to pay our contributors at this time. We are looking to change this in the future.
If published, Bombus Press will acquire first North American serial/electronic rights, including promotion of work across various social media platforms. After that, all rights will revert back to the creator. If you are republishing the work in another journal/magazine, we ask that you please credit BP as place of original publication.
